Eligibility Criteria:
- renters who face eviction due to extraordinary circumstances
- renters living in accommodation that is affordable for their circumstances
- NCB funds are used for families with children under 18 years, while OW Enhancement is reserved for singles
Rent Bank loans are provided for: Rental arrears, Utilities
Accepting applications from: Social assistance recipients, Self-employed individuals (if renters), Refugee claimant
Maximum loan provided: $1,500
