Description of Services:
- assistance with rental and mortatage arrears
- first and last month rent
- energy arrears
- moving expenses
- landlord and tenant mediation
Hours of operation 8:30am - 4:30pm
Eligibility Criteria
- Live in Peel and have status in Canada
- Under the threat of eviction, homeless or temporarily living in a shelter
- Under the threat of utility cut off
- Exhausted all options for financial support
- Not in receipt of assistance from Ontario Works or Ontario Disability Support Program
- Have or be in the process of obtaining 2 pieces of ID
The above described financial assistance takes the form of a grant; the amount being based on each individual case.
